| GM announced today that last night, Judge Robert E. Gerber of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in New York, has approved the sale of all of General Motors Corporation's assets to NGMCO, Inc. NGMCO is entity funded by the U.S. Department of the Treasury which will change its name to General Motors Company.
