| Volkswagen sells Brazilian truck business to MAN |

| Volkswagen announced today that it sells the Brazilian heavy truck business to MAN. MAN will buy Volkswagen Caminhoes e Onibus IndUstria e Comercio de Veiculos Comerciais Ltda (VW CO) for a price of 1.175 billion Euros with the transaction being completed in the first quarter of 2009.
