| DaimlerChrysler AG announced that approximately 6,000 shareholders are expected in Berlin at a meeting focusing on changing the groups name to just Daimler AG. Daimler AG will drop the Chrysler name since it has disposed 80.1% of its stake in Chrysler Holding LLC.
