| Ford Sells Jaguar Land Rover To Tata Motors |

| Ford officially announced today that Jaguar and Land Rover have been sold to the Indian company Tata Motors. Tata Motors will pay Ford for Jaguar and Land Rover, in cash, approximately US $2.3 billion. At closing of the deal Ford will pay US $600 million to the Jaguar Land Rover pension plans.
