| General Motors announced today that Tengzhong, a Chinese industrial machinery, will purchase Hummer. The deal will bring 3,000 new U.S. jobs at Hummer. Tengzhong will buy the Hummer brand, including the company's senior management and operational team. It will also acquire the existing dealer agreements.
