Today Louis Schweitzer, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Renault, announced that he will not renew his mandate as a Director at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting that will take place on May 6th 2009. Carlos Ghosn Chairman Board Renault.
He also announced that Carlos Ghosn will be named Chairman and CEO. Carlos Ghosn will also add to his current functions the of Chairman of the Board of Directors.
