Ferrari released this week of presentation video for the FF's new V12 GDI engine together with a new set of images of their latest model. The Ferrari FF includes many firsts for the Italian supercar manufacturer. It's the first real four-seater (the 612 Scaglietti doesn't really have much space in the back) in their line-up, and the first all-wheel-drive to carry the Prnacing Horse badge.

The Ferrari FF's engine is a 6262 cc 65 degrees V12 unit with a 94 mm x 75,2 mm bore/stroke that offers a 77 kW/liter - 105 hp/liter specific power. The output of the new V12 GDI is officially rated at 660 hp at 8000 rpm and 683 Nm of torque at 6000 rpm. Ferrari's specs say the FF can rev up to a maximum of 8000 rpm and that it's engine has a 12,3:1 compression ratio.

In the new FF, Ferrari mated the V12 GDI engine to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and a 4RM four-wheel drive system. With this powertrain, the Ferrari FF is able to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.7 seconds and can get to a top speed of 335 km/h.
