The German auto magazine AutoBuild published in their latest issue a few images of what they say to be the next-gen Ford Capri. The Ford Capri comeback seems to be inspired by the rebirth of the VW Scirocco and the rumor says the new Capri will be launched as a concept to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the 1969 Ford Capri Mk1.
The German magazine also offers some details. The new generation Ford Capri will have a choice between 4, 5 and 6-cylinder engines developing between 140 and 250 hp. Being built as a Scirocco competitor the Ford Capri price will probably have to be centered around the $20,000 mark.
This however could very well be just speculation combined with very good photoshop skills.
