The bespoke Lotus 2-Eleven in the image has received a Classic Team Lotus green and yellow livery to pay an homage to Jim Clark’s Lotus Type 49 F1 car from the mid 1960s. The Jim Clark Lotus 2-Eleven will be premiered at the MPH The Prestige & Performance Motor show featuring Top Gear Live starting at Earls Court, London on 30th October.
The Jim Clark Lotus 2-Eleven is powered by the 255 PS supercharged that offers a power to weight ratio similar to that of a 1960s Formula 1 car. This translates in a 0-60 mph sprint of just 3.8 seconds.
The Jim Clark Lotus 2-Eleven is the latest from a line of bespoke models which includes an Exige fitted with a 1970s Lotus Esprit S1-style interior. The company is also working on Lotus 2-Eleven finished in the black and gold livery that featured on the classic Lotus 72 and 77 race cars.
