Ron Dennis, the Chairman of McLaren Automotive, in a recent interview for the Arabian press, said the Bugatti Veyron is "a complete piece of junk." In the same interview, Ron Dennis also said the Bugatti Veyron is "pig ugly".
We hate to brake it to Mr. Ron Dennis, but his latest product, the McLaren MP4-12C, is nowhere near the performance of the Veyron.
He also stated, regarding the test done by Top Gear in Abu Dhabi, that the video was forged to make the Bugatti Veyron look faster than it really is. As a reminder, Top Gear filmed a drag race of the Bugatti Veyron against the McLaren F1, which was won by the Veyron. Mr. Ron Dennis said that during that test, every time the
Veyron "dropped the clutch it bogged down". What clutch? As we recall, the Bugatti Veyron doesn't have a clutch pedal.
