STARTECH Chrysler 300C
Another premiere for the 2008 Geneva Motor Show will be the STARTECH Chrysler 300C based on the new generation of the model, both in sedan and wagon body types. The STARTECH Chrysler 300C 3.0 CRD equipped with the 3.0-liter V6 common-rail turbodiesel engine has its power increased to 262 hp (259 hp SAE net) / 193 kW at 4,000 rpm and the torque 580 Nm (376 to 428 lb-ft) between 1,600 and 2,800 rpm. With this power and torque increase the STARTECH Chrysler 300C 3.0 CRD accelerates now from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.2 seconds (7.5 seconds for the Tourin version. The top speed also increases to 238 (wagon: 232) km/h.

STARTECH Press Release:

The Exclusive STARTECH Program for the New-Generation Chrysler 300C
The Chrysler 300C continues its successful existence in an updated version. STARTECH (Brabus- Allee, D-46240 Bottrop, phone + 49 / (0) 20 41 / 777 547, fax + 49 / (0) 20 41 / 777 111, Internet www.startech.de) offers an exclusive and innovative customization program for the new generation 300C sedan and wagon.

The front of the top-of-the-line Chrysler model becomes even more striking with the addition of the STARTECH front spoiler and custom-tailored mounting elements with daylight running lights.
The aerodynamic component plays more than just a visual role: At high speeds the spoiler’s sophisticated design reduces lift on the front axle. The refined STARTECH matrix chrome grille also contributes to the great STARTECH look for both body styles of the 300C.

The STARTECH body conversion is complemented by elegant STARTECH rocker panels. They calm the airstream along the sides of sedan and wagon. One each side four integrated LED entry lights are activated via the keyless fob or by pulling on a door handle. They make entering and exiting the vehicle safer and more comfortable in the dark.

On the sedan a roof spoiler visually stretches the roofline and directs the slipstream to the rear spoiler lip, which on the new-generation model is integrated into the trunk lid.

For the perfect integration of the two oval tailpipes of the STARTECH stainless-steel exhaust the STARTECH designers have styled custom-tailored elements for the rear aprons of sedan and ,wagon.

The thrilling STARTECH look for the new-generation Chrysler 300C is rounded out by customtailored
STARTECH Monostar IV wheels with diameters of 20 or 22 inches. The largest tire/wheel combination features the fully polished five-spoke wheels in size 9Jx22 with tires in size 265/30 ZR 22.

STARTECH sport springs and rear shocks are specially calibrated to the sporty tires and the specific engine installed in a particular model. They lower the ride height of 300C sedan and wagon by some 40 millimeters and result in an excellent symbiosis of agile handling and high ride comfort.

For the turbodiesel model 300C 3.0 CRD STARTECH offers powerful performance tuning that works perfectly with the standard diesel particulate filter and meets strict EURO IV emission limits.
The SD6 tuning kit consists of an auxiliary electronic control unit. Thanks to the included wire harness and detailed installation instructions the processor-controlled module can be installed by any authorized Chrysler dealer in less than an hour.

The SD6 kit bumps power output of the 3.0-liter V6 common-rail turbodiesel engine from standard 218 hp (214 hp SAE net) / 160 kW to 262 hp (259 hp SAE net) / 193 kW at 4,000 rpm. Even more important for everyday driving is the increase in torque from 510 Nm to 580 Nm (376 to 428 lb-ft), available already between 1,600 and 2,800 rpm.

These impressive figures naturally benefit the performance of the Chrysler 300C 3.0 CRD. The sprint from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) is shortened from 7.6 (wagon: 7.9) seconds for the production car to 7.2 (Touring: 7.5) seconds with STARTECH SD6 tuning. Top speed grows to 238 (wagon: 232) km/h (149 and 145 mph).

The perfect complement to the performance tuning is the STARTECH sport exhaust system with its two characteristic oval chrome-plated tailpipes. The fully stainless-steel exhaust system produces a more sonorous but always unobtrusive exhaust note.

Exclusive interior accents are yet another STARTECH domain. The lineup of attractive accessories ranges from scuff plates with illuminated STARTECH logo to a high-quality completion set for the wood trim, and includes leather door trim and armrests. These are joined by sporty elements such as a sport-steering-wheel, aluminum shifter and pedal, as well as chrome-plated aluminum doorlock pins.

Additional customization requests are fulfilled by the STARTECH upholstery shop. Among them are meticulously crafted fully leather interiors made from especially soft and breathable Mastik and Alcantara leathers, available in any color and design imaginable. A special coating process allows altering the color of all plastic interior elements.
