Who said you need a car with a million hp under its hood and sponsors with full pockets to be able to drift? The guy in this video is doing it just fine with 1 Horsepower, a carriage and some snow. Although there is no ear bursting engine noise, nor tire smoke, the guy seems to have a lot of fun. The clip's description says it was filmed in Romania.
