It seems like this a very dark period for supercars. After last's week McLaren F1 which went out in a cloud of smoke, it's time for a Ferrari F430 to be on fire. The video was shot near Sibiu, in Romania, where a Ferrari F430 caught fire after an accident. The passengers came out ok, but the Ferrari F430 is a complete write off. The accident could have had terrible consequences as the supercar's driver put seven people's lives in danger.
The young driver lost control of the Ferrari in a curve and hit two other incoming vehicles. After the impact, the Italian supercar left the road and a fire started in the engine compartment.
The Ferrari F430 was ensured so the owner did not lose any money in this, except a 40 Euros ticket.
