Highway Road Rage Incident Ends With Shooting

Unfortunately, the world is getting crazier by the moment. We can't actually call this a road rage incident, because apparently, there's no rage involved. The driver who filmed this short clip was simply passing by another motorist. Reports say that he noticed the guy's reckless driving and decided to film him with his smartphone. Unfortunately, Perrin Dobyns pulled a gun on him and, even though this has not been confirmed, apparently took a shot at him. Perrin Dobyns was arrested by the Kentucky State Police.
