| Lexus launched the 2008 Lexus LX 570 in Australia at the AIMS (Australian International Motor Show). The Australian 2008 Lexus LX 570 will have 100 hp more than the existing Lx 470. The 2008 Lexus LX 570 will be powered by a 5.7 liter V8 engine developing 270 kW.

| features, driving aides and significantly increased performance over the previous generation LX.
New LX 570 will have 10 airbags as standard, with the addition of driver and front-passenger knee airbags, second-row seat-mounted side airbags and third-row curtains. It will be the first Lexus vehicle to offer a new Wide-view Front and Side Monitor system. |

| The monitor allows the driver to identify potential objects that may be obscured from view by providing a clear view of the front and passenger side of the vehicle.
Lexus' new Crawl Control system helps the driver to concentrate on maneuvering over rough or difficult surfaces at low speeds. Complemented by Four-wheel Electro-Hydraulic Suspension with Adaptive Variable Suspension and Active Height Control (AHC), the system delivers a greater range of adjustment than the previous-generation LX. |
