Opel released details for the 2008 Opel Corsa GSI. The 2008 Corsa GSI will have a 150 hp engine, a top speed of 210 km/h and will be available with a 3 or 4 door configuration.

The most prominent model year 2008 news in the Corsa line is the Corsa GSi with 110 kW/150 hp and a top speed of 210 km/h. Positioned between the Corsa Sport and OPC, it is available as a three or five-door model. The Corsa GSi impresses with its understated sporty look and extensive standard equipment, which includes air conditioning, split rear seat back, sport chassis with ESP, 17-inch light alloy wheels, sport seats and stereo CD-Radio CD 30 MP3 with steering wheel
remote controls.
Also new in the Corsa range: the 1.3 CDTI ECOTEC turbo-diesel (66 kW/90 hp) is now available with the automated Easytronic six-speed transmission. Opel also offers new 16-inch light alloy wheels in seven-spoke sport design for the popular CATCH ME Now and CATCH ME variants. The Cosmo comes standard with 11-spoke design wheels. Customers can choose 18-inch alloy wheels in five-spoke OPC design for the Corsa OPC. The model year 2008 versions with 15-inch steel rims are recognizable
by their newly designed wheel caps. Further options are the color Sunny Melon and the infotainment system CDC 40 Opera with MP3 compatibility.
