Opel released today the first promotional video for the new Corsa OPC Nurburgring edition, which is limited to only 500 units. The Corsa OPC Nurburgring is powered by the standard OPC engine, that was boosted by Opel to output 210 hp and 250 Nm of torque, instead of 192 hp and 230 Nm. with the extra horsepower, the Nurburgring Corsa OPC is able to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 6.8 seconds and has a top speed of 230 km/h.

In terms of efficiency, Opel says the Corsa OPC Nurburgring is able to offer a fuel economy of up to 7.6 l/100 km and a CO2 emissions level of 178 g CO2/km.

Opel's special edition Corsa OPC Nurburgring

comes fitted with a mechanical multi-plate limited slip differential, Brembo brakes and a newly developed, Bilstein sports chassis.
