Audi has released the first 2010 Audi Q7 facelift video showing the new version in action. The 2010 Audi Q7 facelift comes with a new exterior styling and a revised 3.0 TDI engine that's now available with the company's clean diesel technology. Visually, the 2010 Audi Q7 facelift features a revised front fascia, new tail lights and re-styled door moldings. The 3.0 TDI version of the 2010 Audi Q7 facelift now offers a fuel economy of 8.9 liters/100 km (26.43 US mpg).
