Subaru released the first image of the new generation, 2012 Impreza 4-door, ahead of the model's premiere at the at the New York International Auto Show, on April 20th. Alongside, the new 2012 Impreza 4dr sedan, Subaru will also debut the hatchback 5-door version of the new model. Not many details of the 2012 Subaru Impreza 4dr have been released so far, but the company does mention it will be equipped with their all-wheel drive system.
Subaru also says that the 2012 Impreza, both 4dr and 5dr, will be the most fuel efficient AWD models currently on the USA market. The 5-door 2012 Impreza all-wheel-drive model will certainly not have many competitors, apart from Audi's A3 quattro.
The 2012 Subaru Impreza promises to offer more cabin space, improved quality materials and a more refined overall feel.
Subaru will probably offer the 2012 Impreza, sedan and hatch, a petrol engine and their boxer diesel unit.
