The first images and details of the 2013 Honda Accord sedan have been released today, as the new version of the model prepares to go on sale this fall. The new 2013 Accord promises to offer increased passenger room, as well as an up-to-date interior and exterior design. The front fascia has basically the same styling as the one seen on the coupe concept, which was premiered at the 2012 North American International Auto Show. The only modifications shown by the 2013 Accord production version are the fog lights. In comparison to the previous generation of the Accord, the 2013 show a completely new rear end, with new tail lights, and a modified bumper. Unfortunately, Honda did not release any images of the 2013 Accord's interior. However, they mention it will offer more luggage space than before.

The 2013 Honda Accord sedan will offer the option of LED daytime running lights, a Lane Departure Warning system, Forward Collision Warning, and the LaneWatch blind spot display. Honda will make the 2013 Accord available with HondaLink, a system that integrates Bluetooth Streaming Audio, and Pandora internet radio.

So far Honda did not disclose any details regarding the 2013 Accord's engine or transmission options. However, more information will be available soon.
