The tuners from MEC Design revealed today a new wide body kit for the new generation 2014 Mercedes E Class coupe and for its open-top cabrio version. The new aero package is called Cerberus. Cerberus in Greek and Roman mythology is a multi-headed dog that guards the entrance of the underworld. Well, MEC Design's modified E Class does seem to be up for the task. This new wide bodykit includes broader wheel arches, obviously, a new front bumper with massive air intakes and LED daytime running lights, side skirts, a restyled front apron with an integrated diffuser and a boot lid lip. Each fender features vents that help better cool the brakes. MEC Design's program for the Mercedes E Class (2014) also includes a modified hood, panels for the doors and a bespoke sport exhaust system with four tail pipes.
Apart from these styling modifications, MEC Design's program for the E Class Merc also includes a lowered suspension system, various interior Piano black trim parts, a sport steering wheel, and Nubuck leather and Alcantara covered elements.
The price of this tuning package has not been disclosed yet.
