Today's rumor mill suggests that Audi is working on an even more powerful version of the RS6 Avant, called the Plus. The Audi RS6 Avant Plus is going to be powered by the 4.0 TFSI twin-turbo V8 engine that develops 600bhp. The regular RS6 Avant outputs 560 hp and 700 Nm of torque. With this output, the RS6 Avant is able to get from nought to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.9 seconds and to reach a top speed of 189.52 mph (305 km/h). This means that the RS6 Avant Plus is going to offer even better performance than this. Apart from the extra power, the Plus RS6 Avant comes with upgraded brakes, a lowered suspension system and quite possibly a few interior and exterior styling changes.
The Audi RS6 Avant Plus is going to be available as a limited edition version. Its price and availability are not known at this moment. In fact, at this point, Audi did not disclose any official details regarding the RS6 Avant Plus.
