Bugatti has long been rumored that they're working on an even faster and more powerful version of the Veyron Super. They released today this teaser image which could announce the new Bugatti Veyron Super. According to our sources the super Veyron is going to be powered by an 8.0-liter or 9.6-liter W12 petrol engine with four turbocharges. Apparently, the Veyron Super is going to output around 1,600 hp and it's going to take back the world speed record for a production car, which Bugatti just lost recently. In comparison to the regular Veyron, the so-called Super version will be around 250 kg lighter and probably a lot more expensive. Bugatti is expected to equip the super Veyron with mane carbon fiber parts, including carbon wheels.

Various rumors say that the Bugatti Super Veyron is able to accelerate from nought to 62 mph (100 km/h) in an unbelievable 1.8 seconds and that it's going to have a top speed of more than 280 mph (460 km/h).

We'll have more details about Bugatti's new Veyron in a few days.
