Infiniti FX Sebastian Vettel

Over the weekend, Infiniti released the first image of the FX Sebastian Vettel concept, which will have its world debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show on September 13th, 2011. Formula 1 World champion, Sebastian Vettel, helped Infiniti design the new concept, which they call "a high performance model". unfortunately, the details of Vettel's FX are still kept secret, however, we can make a few observations based on the image Infiniti released. The Sebastian Vettel Infiniti FX seems to have a lower center of gravity than the regular version, probably thanks to a stiffer and sportier suspensions setup. The Infiniti FX Sebastian Vettel sits on huge black rims, and it comes with a new carbon fiber front bumper with integrated LED daytime running lights.

The Infiniti FX Sebastian Vettel concept also features newly designed, black side skirts, and possibly a rear diffuser and darkened tail lights. It's obvious that it will feature a rear roof wing, for improved downforce at high speeds.

We'll have more details on the FX Sebastian Vettel as soon as Infiniti makes them available.

UPDATE: the Infiniti FX Sebastian Vettel will be based on the FX50S Premium version of the model, which is powered by a V8 engine capable of taking it to a top speed of 300 km/h. The engine, suspension and aerodynamics have been modified and the interior of this one-off Infiniti FX was personalized by Sebastian Vettel himself.
