The first images of the Lamborghini Aventador LP 720-4 50 Anniversario surfaced the web a few hours ago. The Lamborghini Aventador 50 Anniversario, or 50th Anniversary, is expected to have its world premiere this weekend, during the opening of the Shanghai auto show. There are not an awful lot of details to go with these images of the Aventador 50 Anniversario edition. Even so, these photos show a few differences between the regular Aventador and the 50 Anniversario edition. For starters, the Lambo Aventador 50th Anniversary comes with a new front splitter, new side skirts, a massive rear diffuser and a ventilated rear end. The additional vents at the back could suggest that the engine of the Aventador 50 Anniversario emits more heat, and so, it requires extra ventilation.
If it emits more heat, could mean that it has more power than the engine of the regular Aventador. However, this is just a speculation at the moment. The Aventador 50 Anniversario comes with a new set of black alloys, and a two-tone color scheme in black and yellow.
If the novelties brought by the Lamborghini Aventador 50 Anniversario are just visual, it means it's powered by a 6.5-liter V12 engine with 700 hp and 690 Nm of torque.
