The tuners from DMC revealed this week a new powerkit and a new body kit for the Lamborghini Aventador. Called the LP988 Edizione-GT, DMC's package for the Aventador transforms the already aggressive looking Italian supercar into a true monster. Judging from its name, DMC's new powerkit for the Aventador increases the horsepower output of the supercar's 6.5-liter V12 engine to 988 hp. This is 288 hp more than the factory version. The new power kit for the Aventador includes a re-mapped ECU, a new fuel pump and lines, new injection nozzles and individual throttle plates. DMC equips their Lambo with twin-turbos. DMC's new body kit for the Aventador includes a massive front spoiler, side skirts, a modified rear bumper with a huge diffuser, and an equally large rear wing.

All the body parts are made of carbon fiber. The rear wing can be adjusted manually. There is also a bespoke sport exhaust system.

For the interior of the Aventador, DMC is offering leather upholstery and various carbon fiber styling parts. Apparently DMC developed the new body kit for the Aventador so that it will meet the FIA regulations. Its price is set at just under 290,000 USD, which does not include the cost of the actual car.
