Lamborghini Aventador Review Video

 »  »  »

We're pretty confident this is the first Lamborghini Aventador review video to surface the web, and it comes courtesy of the British journalists from Autocar. Steve Sutcliffe had the chance of reviewing the new Lambo Aventador both off and on the track, during a rather wet day. The Aventador had its premiere back in February and is going to replace the Murcielago in Lamborghini's model line-up. It's powered by a 6.5-liter V12 developing 700 hp at 8'250 rpm and 690 Nm of torque at 5.500 rpm. Aside the massive amounts of horsepower, the Aventador is also all-wheel-drive which pretty much puts it in a league of its own. We don't have many options when it comes to comparing the Aventador with another supercar.

The Lamborghini Aventador is able to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 2.9 seconds, partially thanks to its fast-shifting 7 speed ISR gearbox with a dry double plate clutch. Lamborghini says the top speed of the Aventador is 350 km/h.

The price of the Aventador also puts it in its own market segment. Lamborghini says their new supercar will cost you at least 379.700 USD, or 201.900 GBP, or 255.000 EUR.
