For the eighth year in a row Lexus is the 2008 highest ranked brand in the J.D. Power and Associates customer satisfaction survey. Lexus received this award for every year it has been eligible for consideration. The .D. Power and Associates survey included more than 16,000 responses from owners of cars registered between September 2005 and August 2006.

Lexus is the highest ranked brand in the J.D. Power and Associates/What Car? 2008 UK Customer Satisfaction Index Study.
The result gives Lexus an unbroken record of eight consecutive years as the highest ranking |
brand - one for every year it has been eligible for consideration. It is an achievement unmatched by any other manufacturer and is a reflection of the successful investment Lexus continues to make in delivering products and service of the highest quality.

The J.D. Power and Associates 2008 UK Customer Satisfaction Index Study was produced from more than 16,000 responses from owners of cars registered between September 2005 and August 2006, representing 28 brands and 100 individual models. |
