MR Car Design demonstrates just how low can you go with an Opel Insignia OPC. The trouble with these extreme modifications is that the car becomes completely unpractical. With such a low suspension, anything but a completely flat racetrack becomes an insurmountable obstacle. Just imagine going over a speed bump in this Insignia. To get it so low, MR Car Design equipped it with a G-Ride air suspension, featuring a Reil performance tuning. MR Car Design's Opel Insignia OPC is equipped with an all-wheel-drive system and a set of 20-inch Oxigen alloys.
The MR Car Design Opel Insignia OPC is not all show and no go. With the help of a re-mapped ECU, the aftermarket specialists from MR Car Design managed to increase the output of the Insignia OPC by 50 hp and 60 Nm of torque.
This means that the total output of MR Car Design's Insignia OPC is now 375 hp and 495 Nm of torque. To get the extra umpf out of the 2.8-liter V6 Turbo engine, the tuners equipped it with a custom exhaust system, a race catalyst and a K&N air filter. The price of the modifications has not been announced yet.
