Porsche announced today that in order to optimize its worldwide sales organization has founded Porsche Central and Eastern Europe. In the last five years Porsche has quadrupled the number of units sold in this region despite the difficulties in the world economy. Porsche has sold 3.200 vehicles in the 2007/2008 fiscal year, which is 6% more than the previous period. The most popular Porsche model in Central and Eastern Europe is the Cayenne.
The 34 Porsche dealerships in 23 countries will be controlled by a regional office in Prague.
