Renault also released today the first Renault Ondelios video ahead of its public debut at the French auto show. The Renault Ondelios illustrates the manufacturer's vision of the high-end car of the near future. Through its body and chassis design and its hybrid powertrain the Renault Ondelios tries to be as friendly as possible to the environment, as it emits 120g/km of CO2. The 2.0 dCi engine of the Renault Ondelios works together with a electric motor mounted on the rear axle that drives the rear wheels when the ESP sensors detect a loss of traction. This transforms the Renault Ondelios into a four-wheel-drive car.
