Rolls Royce Ghost Drophead Coupe LWB

 »  »  »

It looks like from time to time the rumor of three new versions of the Rolls Royce Ghost surfaces again. Several months ago, various sources have reported that BMW will launch the Rolls Royce Ghost Coupe, the Rolls Royce Ghost Drophead Coupe (the convertible / open top version of the model) and the Rolls Royce Ghost LWB (long wheelbase version). So far there have been no official announcements regarding the new Ghost versions, however, launching them would be a logic business decision.

If they become a reality, it means the Rolls Royce Ghost Drophead Coupe, the Coupe and the LWB versions will probably get the same engine as the current model. This means they will have a 6.6-liter V12 twin turbo engine with 563 hp and

780 Nm of torque. The Rolls Royce Ghost Drophead Coupe and the LWB version will probably have lower performance figures than 0-100 km/h in 4.9 seconds. The Rolls Royce Ghost Coupe however, might do a little better in this section. The top speed of all three new versions of the Ghost will probably have the same, electronically limited, top speed of 250 km/h.

We'll have more details on the Rolls Royce Ghost Drophead Coupe and the LWB versions as soon as they become available.
