Spyker C69

 »  »  »

The concept in this video is called Spyker C69. It was designed by six Industrial Design Engineering students who developed it in a search for a balance between power and elegance, status and comfort.

Since the beginning of the "age of car", they were made to look pretty much symmetrical from the outside. We’re beginning to spot a change of trend – the extra rear door of the Clubman for example. This concept has a number of asymmetrical features like the way the doors open. We don’t know how practical that would be in a production car, but it looks absolutely insane!

The Spyker C69 is powered by two Vr6 engines, one in the rear and one in the front, each developing 260 hp.

Some of you would ask them selves why would they pick the Spyker brand since it has some problems at the moment. It seems that the car designers in the making like these students couldn't care less about the financial issues, they only care about how the car looks and how it makes you feel.
