Recently, Infiniti launched a new 3.0-liter V6 diesel engine which they sell in the EX30d, FX30d and M30d. This video presents a review of the engine's M30d application and the benefits it brings to a large, four-door, sedan. The 3.0 V6 engine of the Infiniti M30d develops 235 bhp and 406 lb ft of torque thanks to its piezo-injection system. Infiniti says the M30d requires 6.9 seconds for the trip from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h). Its top speed is electronically limited to 155 mph (250 km/h).
Customers usually buy diesel vehicles for their low fuel consumption. The Infiniti M30d offers up to 37.7 mpg (7.5 l/100km), but it has a rather high CO2 emissions level of 200 g/km.
Infiniti prices the M30d from 36,750 GBP in the UK. Watch its review in the video after the jump.
