In the latest episode of his web-based 'Garage' show, Jay Leno reviews Lamborghini's Murcielago replacement, the Aventador. Mr. Leno's review video of the Aventador also features a detailed presentation of the supercar, made by the company's big boss, Stephan Winkelmann. Apart from driving the Aventador, the American star TV host also gets various technical explanations from one of Lamborghini's top engineers. The Lamborghini Aventador is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 which is good for 700 hp and 690 Nm of torque. The power is sent to the car's huge wheels via a 7 speed ISR transmission and a dry double plate clutch. Lamborghini's official specifications say that the Aventador is able to get from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 2.9 seconds and that it has a top speed of 350 km/h.
Lamborghini sells the Aventador on the USA market at a price of 379.700 USD. Watch Jay Leno's review of the Aventador in the video below.
