3,452 Here is proof that the BMW 135i can hit a top speed of 299 km/h. Our guess is that the car can go even faster and reach the magic 300 km/h mark. The driver however, did not have enough room for the attempt. The clip was filmed on the German autobahn (highway), where the BMW 135i is playing around with a Porsche 911 Turbo. At the point where the 135i goes for top speed, the 911 has to step aside, as its driver clearly did not want to go any faster. This happens at around mark 1:30 in the clip.
