The Ingolstadt brand announced today the 2008 Audi A4 Euro NCAP rating for the saloon version. The new 2008 Audi A4 sedan received a five star Euro NCAP safety rating for adult protection in frontal and side crashes and a four-star rating for child protection.
For pedestrian protection the 2008 Audi A4 received two stars out of four.
The safety equipment of the new sedan includes ESP brake system as standard, a radar-supported adaptive cruise control, braking guard, lane assist and the Audi side assist.
The Euro NCAP consortium was founded in 1997 and aims to improve traffic safety by conducting crash tests on all of Europe’s important cars.
