Audi has released the first 2012 Audi A6 teaser image and announced that the new version of the saloon will debut at the beginning of 2011. The 2012 Audi A6 will be built at the company's factory in Neckarsulm, where they also manufacture the A8, the A8L, the A7 Sportback and the R8 Spyder. The 2012 Audi A6 will enter production before the end of this year so expect the first deliveries of the new generation model to start in the first months of 2011.
Apart from this 2012 Audi A6 teaser image, the company has not release any further details regarding the model. Expect the 2012 Audi A6 to be available with both petrol and diesel engines and we also might see an A6L version which will be destined for the Chinese market (speculation).
As far as a possible new 2012 Audi RS6 version goes, there is no information currently available yet.
