Hyundai chose a rather unusual place to premiere the new 2012 Hyundai Accent. The world debut of the 2012 Hyundai Accent took place at the Montreal auto show in Canada, around the same time as the Detroit auto show opened its gates. The 2012 Hyundai Accent will be sold in two body versions, a four-door sedan and a five-door hatchback, and powered by a 1.6-litre GDI Gamma engine. The engine of the 2012 Hyundai Accent will be coupled with either a 6-speed automatic transmission or a manual gearbox. with this powertrain, the manufacturer estimates that the 2012 Hyundai Accent will offer a fuel consumption of around 4.7 liters / 100 km.

The safety equipment of the 2012 Hyundai Accent includes 6 airbags, disc brakes on all four

corners, VSM, ESC, TCS, ABS with Brake Assist and EBD.

The 2012 Hyundai Accent promises more interior space as it measures 4,370 mm in length for the 4-door, 4,115 mm for the 5-door, 1,700 mm in width and has a 2,570 mm wheelbase.
