Suzuki released today the 2012 Swift Sport price list for the UK market, together with its complete specifications and equipment list. The British version of the 2012 Suzuki Swift Sport is powered by a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine, equipped with Multipoint injection, which outputs 100 kW (136 hp) at 7,000 rpm and 160 Nm (118 lb-ft) of torque at 4,400 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual and it's able to accelerate the tiny 2012 Swift Sport from zero to 62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 8.7 seconds. This is quite impressive for a car in its class. The 2012 Swift Sport is rated with a top speed of 121 mph.
The 2012 Suzuki Swift Sport offers plenty of performance, and fun, without having a large environment impact. Suzuki says that the new Swift Sport has a 44.1 mpg combined fuel consumption and a 147g/km CO2 emissions level. This represents a 10% improvement in both categories in comparison to its predecessor.
The 2012 Suzuki Swift Sport is priced in the UK from £13,500 and it will go on sale from January 2012.
