Suzuki has announced today that it will unveil the Suzuki Swift S-Concept at the 2011 Geneva auto show. Unfortunately, no additional details regarding the Suzuki Swift S-Concept have been revealed so far, except that it will have its world premiere on March 1st. The Suzuki Swift S-Concept is based on the latest generation of the model, featuring a more sporty and exciting design. This means that the Suzuki Swift S-Concept will give birth to the sportier version of the refreshed Swift.

The company says the goal of the Suzuki Swift S-Concept is to create a premium sport compact with uncompromised performance. Could this mean that the production version of the Suzuki Swift S-Concept will also offer more power and

performance, besides the updated look? We'll just have to wait and see.

In terms of exterior design, the Suzuki Swift S-Concept features wide wheel arches, a new, more aggressive front bumper and a rear roof spoiler.

We'll have more details on the Suzuki Swift S-Concept as soon as they're available.

Suzuki Press Release:

Suzuki to show SWIFT S-CONCEPT at 2011 Geneva International Motor Show

Suzuki Motor Corporation will be exhibiting a new concept car named the SWIFT S-CONCEPT at the 81st Geneva International Motor Show, which is scheduled to take place from 3 to 13 March. The media will have advance access on 1 and 2 March.

The SWIFT S-CONCEPT is based on the new Swift, which Suzuki began marketing in Europe in autumn 2010. A “more sporty and exciting” design theme is reflected by a look in which sportiness has

been added to the Swift’s stylish design. In line with Suzuki’s brand philosophy of delivering excitement, the overall development concept was to create a premium sport compact with uncompromised performance.

Suzuki also plans to exhibit the Swift, Splash, Alto, Kizashi, Jimny, Grand Vitara, and SX4.
