The facelifted 2013 BMW X6 was revealed today, together with a new M Performance Package, which brings a breath of fresh air to the German Sports Activity Coupe. At first glance, you'll notice that the 2013 X6 Bimmer comes with a re-styled front fascia, which now features a set of optional LED headlamps. Other design changes include the matt finish surrounds of the fog lights, the new grille, and the LED taillights. For the 2013MY X6, BMW is offering two non-metallic and eight metallic colors, and various sets of 19- and 20-inch wheels. For the interior of the X6 2013, BMW is offering a Nevada leather trim as standard, or an optional nappa leather upholstery, a 3-seat rear bench, and sports seats with electrical adjustment and a memory function.

The BMW X6 facelift can also be equipped with the usual M optional extras. These include an M-Alcantara/Nappa leather interior, an M leather steering wheel with shift paddles, an M driver footrest, and stainless steel pedals. Various aluminum styling accents are also offered.

The new M Performance Package gives the 2013 BMW X6 extra power and torque. The 2013 X6 xDrive35i gets from 300 hp and 300 lb-ft up to 315 hp and 330 lb-ft. The 2013 BMW X6 xDrive50i M Performance Package gets 40 hp and 30 lb-ft of torque more for a total of 440 hp and 480 lb-ft.



Apart from the output increase, the new M Package for the X6 facelift also includes black chromed exhaust tips, stainless steel pedals, an M foot rest, special door sills, a shadowline exterior trim, an anthracite headliner, and an optional Carbon Black metallic exterior finish.

The 2013 BMW X6 will be available with a choice between four engines: two diesels and two petrol engines. The gasoline versions of the 2013 BMW X6 will include the xDrive35i and the xDrive50i, while the diesel range will include the xDrive40d and xDrive30d.

BMW's 2013 X6 xDrive40d is powered by a 3.0-liter engine with an output of 225 kW/306 bhp at 4,400 rpm and 600 Nm of torque between 1500 and 2500 rpm. BMW's official figures says that the 2013 X6 xDrive40d offers a 7.5 l / 100 km fuel economy on the combined cycle. The 2013 X6 xDrive30d is also powered by a 3.0-liter engine, but has an output of 180 kW/245 bhp at 4,000 rpm and 540 Nm of torque between 1750 and 3000 rpm. BMW has not yet announced the price of the facelifted X6 range.
