Lotus has released today a new 2013 Lotus Elan promo video showing the model that had its debut at the Paris auto show this year. The 2013 Lotus Elan will be priced around the 75,000 GBP mark and will offer a choice between the future Elise and the Esprit. The power of the 2013 Lotus Elan will come from a 4.0 liter V6 engine mounted in the middle that will send its 450 PS and 465 Nm of torque to the rear wheels. The engine of the 2013 Lotus Elan will be coupled with a 7-speed DCT transmission that will help take it from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds. The top speed of the 2013 Lotus Elan is rated, although not tested yet, at 310 km/h.
