Lotus Eterne Sedan

Although it won't be premiered until the next couple of hours, the first images of the Lotus Eterne Sedan have surfaced the web. Someone managed to snap a few images of the Lotus Eterne Sedan as the company was preparing it for the unveiling. The Lotus Eterne Sedan follows the same design lines as the new Elite, but it has four doors, of course. The Lotus Eterne Sedan has basically the same front fascia as the Elite, but it's slightly longer in order to accommodate the extra set of doors.

Hour initial assumption is that the Lotus Eterne Sedan will fall into the same market category as the Aston Martin Rapide, but we'll have to wait a little longer to be sure.

Apart from the basic styling lines, the Lotus Eterne Sedan could also share the same engine as the Elite. If this turns out to be true, the Lotus Eterne Sedan will have a 5.0 liter V8 engine with an output of 620 PS and 720 Nm of torque. It could be slightly heavier than the Elite, so the performance numbers are likely to drop. This means the Lotus Eterne Sedan will be a little slower than 3.5 seconds to 100 and a top speed of 315 km/h.

We'll have the full details and images of the Lotus Eterne Sedan in a few hours.
