Mopar revealed this week the new 2015 Dodge Challenger Drag Pak, which will go on sale on July 23rd. The 2015 Mopar Dodge Challenger Drag Pak is going to be sold with a choice between two engines. The entry level model comes with a naturally aspirated 426-cubic-inch HEMI, while the more powerful version features a 354-cubic-inch supercharged HEMI. Mopar's new Challenger Drag Pak (2015) complies with the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) regulations. The 426 Race HEMI versions of the 2015 Challenger Drag Pak comes with a Mopar aluminum block, with pressed-in steel liners and aluminum cylinder heads. The drag racer features a race-prepped automatic transmission. The 2015 Challenger Drag Pak is also equipped with a unique Mopar K-Member, a special suspension geometry, double adjustable compression and rebound struts, a four-link rear suspension with Panhard bar, Strange Engineering 4-inch solid axle with 9-inch aluminum third member, 40-spline gun drilled axles, shocks with adjustable compression and rebound and an anti-roll bar.

The dragster also features a strengthened rear axle mounting.

Visually, the distinctive features of the tow versions include a Mopar Blue stripe and a "354 Supercharged" graphic and a horizontal black stripe with a 426 HEMI engine graphic. The equipment list of the 2015 Mopar Dodge Challenger Drag Pak includes new front and rear fascias, a full roll cage, a special gauge pack, lightweight racing seats, a safety net and a five-point harness.



The 2015 Mopar Drag Pak Dodge Challenger is also equipped with 15-inch wheels, Hoosier drag radial tires (28 inches in diameter by 4.5 inches wide at the front and 30 inches in diameter by 9 inches wide at the rear), and big brakes. The dragster also features a rear-hinged hood, and integrated trailer tie-down loops.

The 2015 Mopar Dodge Challenger Drag Pak's price starts at $99,426 MSRP for the naturally aspirated 426 versions and at $109,354 MSRP for the supercharged model.
