Dodge revealed at this year's SEMA show the Scat packages for the Challenger, the Charger and the Dart. The Scat package 1 for the 5.7-liter Dodge Challenger includes a Mopar cold air intake, a cat-back exhaust and a badge to mark the model. The second Scat package adds a performance camshaft, while the third package adds performance ported and polished heads and hi-flow performance headers. Each package comes with its own specific engine calibration and a badge. The Dodge Charger Scat comes with the same parts as the Challenger and it offers the same power gains. Unfortunately, Dodge forgot to mention just how much extra horsepower does each Scat package offer. The Dodge Dart Scat 1 comes with a cold air intake and a short-throw shifter, and performance brakes with slotted discs and performance pads.
The Dart Scat 2 receives a cat-back exhaust while the third level comes with a big brake kit with stainless lines, a performance suspension with adjustable springs and struts and performance front and rear sway bars. The dodge Dart Scat 2 gets a remapped ECU too.
The prices of the Scat packages for the Dodge Challenger, Charger and Dart are going to be announced at a later date.
