4 Door Audi TT Sportback: Specs, Performance

 »  »  »

As we mentioned earlier this week, Audi presented today at the 2014 Paris Motor Show the 4-door version of the Audi TT, which they like to call the Sportback. Even though the 4 Door Audi TT Sportback is just a concept at the moment, the Ingolstadt carmaker has released its full specifications. Audi's Sportback TT measures 4.47 meters (14.7 ft) in length, 1.89 meters (6.2 ft) in width, and 1.38 meters (4.5 ft) in height, and it has a 2.63 meters (8.6 ft) long wheelbase. Audi chose to power their four-door TT with the 2.0 TFSI engine that develops 294 kW (400 hp) and 450 Nm (331.9 lb-ft) of torque. Thanks to a low weight, this engine manages to accelerate the TT Sportback from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.9 seconds. As you know, everything that falls below the 4.0 seconds mark is pretty much in supercar realm.

As you're probably imagining, the 4-door TT comes with the quattro AWD system and the seven-speed S tronic transmission.

In comparison to the regular TT, the Sportback is 29 centimeters (11.4 in) longer, 6 centimeters (2.4 in) wider, 3 centimeters (1.2 in) lower and it has a 12 centimeter (4.7 in) longer wheelbase. The rest is just usual Audi stuff. Here are the full specifications of the 4-door Audi TT Sportback. In case you're wondering, we believe it will make it into production.
