In their latest comparison test, the journalists from Autocar have put two of the moment's most powerful four-doors against each other - the Aston Martin Rapide and Porsche Panamera Turbo. Here are a few facts. The Aston Martin Rapide is powered by a 6.0 liter V12 engine with 470 bhp and 600 Nm of torque and can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.3 seconds. The Porsche Panamera Turbo is powered by a 4.8-litre V8 twin-turbo engine developing 500bhp and 700Nm of torque. It can sprint to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds. The Aston Martin Rapide price starts at 139,950 GBP, while the Porsche Panamera Turbo price starts at 95,298 GBP. On the paper then, the Porsche is more powerful, faster and cheaper than the Aston.
