Audi revealed today the A5 DTM Champion special edition model to celebrate the success of Mike "Rocky" Rockenfeller. Rockenfeller managed to win the 2013 DTM season with races to spare, thanks to its victory in Zandvoort. The Audi A5 DTM Champion package is priced at 1,900 EUR in it's going to be sold in just 300 units. Audi's DTM Champion A5 comes with various badges of the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters championship on the door sills, fenders and side sills. The most distinctive feature of the A5 DTM Champion is its rear wing. Apart from these styling elements, the A5 DTM Champion is also equipped with aluminum look exterior mirrors, and 20-inch alloys with a 5-spoke design. The Audi A5 DTM Champion opens for ordering starting from October 21st, 2013.
It's going to be available in several exterior colors, including Misano red, Daytona gray and Glacier white.
Audi is going to sell the A5 DTM Champion with a choice between the following engines: 2.0 TDI quattro with 130 kW (177 hp), 3.0 TDI quattro with 180 kW (245 hp), 2.0 TFSI quattro with 165 kW (225 hp) and 3.0 TFSI quattro with 200 kW (272 hp).
