According to recent reports, the Audi Q5 Hybrid will take place at the upcoming Los Angeles auto show. The Audi Q5 Hybrid premiere will make the debut of the first compact hybrid SUV on the market today. Early specs say the Audi Q5 Hybrid will be powered by the 2.0 TFSI four-cylinder petrol engine that develops 211 hp. The petrol engine of the Audi Q5 Hybrid will work together with an electric motor developing an additional 34 hp. The total power output of the Audi Q5 Hybrid will be around the 245 hp mark, which is quite enough for a vehicle this size.
The Audi Q5 Hybrid price list, availability and full specs will be announced at a later date, obviously.
Apart from the Audi Q5 Hybrid, the Ingolstadt manufacturer is also expected to premiere the SQ5 - a more performance oriented version of the SUV.
